Adults: 10-15 drops in a little water, 3 times a day before meals. Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age in a little water, 3 times a day before meals.

Tincture of organically grown fresh aboveground parts of centaurium extracted in alcohol (66% w/v).

Note: The ideal way to use Centaurium is to take it 15 minutes before meals in a little water. Before swallowing, hold it for a while in the mouth to enhance its action.
